Day 5 – VIP Group Invite

Day 3 – Designing Your Optimal FastBlast Week

Watch the video or read the email below to discover:

  • How to develop a foolproof plan for eating sensibly on your non-FastBlast days.
  • What kind of foods you want to avoid and how to cheat the “right way.”
  • How to get a FREE copy of our new recipe book that will ensure you get all of the best nutrition as quickly as possible.

Today we’re going to cover how to plan out your FastBlast days and what you’ll consume the other days of the week.

Make sure you stick around until the end as we have a free gift for you that you do not want to miss!

Let’s start with picking out your FastBlast days…

You can do these consecutively or you can space them out. Just so you know, these days can change from week to week.

Plan your FastBlast days on days where you’ll be active and don’t have any social functions planned that include meals. Everyone is different so just make sure to pick your two days based on your schedule.

Enter your two FastBlast days in your online calendar, weekly planner, or however you best keep yourself organized.

Go ahead and pause the video to schedule your FastBlast days right now…

Now that you’ve got that done, what you’ll want to do for the rest of your week is just to eat sensibly.

First off, here’s what you should try to avoid:

  • Heavily processed and refined foods containing ingredients such as white flour and white sugar (like most breads, candies and pastries)
  • Sodas
  • Coffee creamers that contain a lot of sugar and preservatives
  • Multiple alcoholic drinks.

The good news is that you can have a cheat meal or even a cheat day periodically to shock your system and prevent your metabolism from getting completely adjusted to your nutritional intake.

As for the other four days of the week…

You might feel that your whole diet is out of whack and that you need help sticking to a routine. This is all a trade-off between money, time, and variety and I have three suggestions for you…

First, if you’d rather spend more money to get more variety and save some time, then use a healthy home meal subscription service such as purplecarrot.com, sunbasket.com, or hellofresh.com.

These services can be expensive but you’re paying for variety and the convenience of having the exact ingredients that you need mailed to your home to cook quickly and easily.

Second, if you want to spend less, don’t care as much about variety, and don’t mind taking 2-6 hours per week to shop at your local grocery store, cook, and clean up then you can meal prep.

There are hundreds of great programs out there and please be sure to email clientsupport@thenutracompany.com for more information.

Finally, if you value variety, don’t mind spending a bit more money, and a fair amount of time preparing each meal then you can make all of your healthy meals at home.

Want the perfect solution to do that?

Go to www.fastblast.com/recipe-book and we’ve got a free book just for you that will give you ideas for snacks, smoothies, juices, soups, and much more!

Go snag that free recipe book now and look for our email tomorrow where we’ll reveal the best method to help skyrocket your results. See you then!

Day 2 – Establishing Your Why

Watch the video below to discover:

  • The absolute best way to guarantee that you accomplish your health and weight loss goals.
  • Why it’s crucial to make our health goals about something more than ourselves.
  • How to get a FREE copy of our new best-selling book, Intermittent Blasting.

Please watch this short video until the end as we have a special surprise for you.

On the first day, Brooks showed you where you can access your account information to update your information and modify your account. Please make sure to watch that video to get a $10 credit to your FastBlast account if you haven’t already!

Today, I’m going to help you identify your compelling reason AKA your “Why.” Put another way, this is the deeper reason WHY you’re going to succeed!

Most people just try to lose weight quickly at various points during the year because perhaps it’s their new year’s resolution, they want that ideal summer beach body, or maybe they just want to look good in a pair of jeans.

…Unfortunately, that approach is setting those people up for failure!

Unlike you, you’re going to have a deeper reason why you refuse to give up and why you’re going to succeed (even if you feel like you never have before).

As the saying goes, your “Why” should make you cry. In other words, your compelling “why” has to be both personal and emotional for you.

Most people see the most success when this Why is rooted in family, faith, community service, and of course, your overall health. Just take a look at a few examples:

“I FastBlast twice per week so that I can put in the work after hours to help guide and change the lives of local troubled kids.”

“I FastBlast so that I can keep my weight intact to win my judo competitions and make my family proud.”

“I FastBlast twice per week so that I have the energy and the overall health to love and help raise my grandchildren to the best of my ability.”

We have to resist the temptation to make this all about ourselves. It’s about respecting our bodies and health so that we can make an even bigger contribution to others!

By the way, the side benefit is that you’re going to look and feel even better than you do right now so that certainly doesn’t hurt!

Take the time to identify your “Why” and then put this Why in as many spots where you’ll see it every day. This could be your bathroom mirror, office at work, above your scale, as the background of your phone, or on your fridge.

After you’ve done this, please make sure to send a note to clientsupport@thenutracompany.com and you’ll receive a free copy of our new, best-selling book, Intermittent Blasting. You can also get the book right here:

https://www.fastblast.com/intermittent-blasting

This easy read will give you all of the tips and tricks that you need to be even more successful and ensure that you get the results that you desire!

That’s everything for today…don’t miss tomorrow where I’ll go over the absolute best way to measure your results and ensure that you lose the weight and create the body that you desire.

There’s another exclusive bonus at the end of that video so please be sure to look for my email!

FastBlast VIP FAQs

FastBlast VIP FAQs

What advice can you give me before I start my FastBlast?

Here are our top tips:

1. Before you begin, it’s very important to monitor your progress, so please keep a detailed record of each day’s weight loss. You may want to add your FastBlast days in your weekly planner or calendar to serve as an extra reminder.

2. Select any two days per week to serve as your FastBlast days. Choose consecutive or nonconsecutive days. It’s entirely up to you!

3. Do not schedule your FastBlast days when you’re obligated to attend business or social functions that include meals.

4. On your two FastBlast days, replace your meals and snacks with your FastBlast Smoothie pouches and refrain from consuming all other foods and beverages (aside from black coffee, green tea, and a lot of water).

5. If you usually consume caffeine in the morning, make sure to drink a cup of coffee or green tea to avoid a potential headache from caffeine withdrawal.

6. Drink one FastBlast Smoothie pouch every 2-3 hours, totaling six pouches per day.

7. If you become hungry between servings, we recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day—one ounce for every pound of body weight, as this will definitely help control your appetite.

9. Most people prefer the FastBlast Smoothies chilled so please be sure to refrigerate them at least two hours ahead of time.

What can I eat on my FastBlast days?

To truly benefit from your FastBlast days, we highly recommend that you ONLY consume FastBlast Smoothies and FastBlast Daily on your fasting days.

It’s important to note that your body is in one of two states at all times. It is either in the process of digestion or the process of restoration. The restoration state is when the body burns fat most efficiently. This is one of the key (and unique) principles of the FastBlast plan.

All ingredients in FastBlast Smoothies and FastBlast Daily were specifically selected due to their high nutritional content and ease of digestion. This allows the body to digest the nutrition very quickly so it can return to the process of restoration/fat burning as quickly as possible.

If you have a strong urge for solid food or savory food, the best choices are fresh fruit, vegan vegetable broth or steamed vegetables. Avoid animal protein as it takes much longer to digest than carbohydrates, fat or vegetable protein.

We also highly recommend our fermented superfoods product, FastBlast Daily. This product will help fill your nutritional gaps, provide energy and can decrease cravings for unhealthy foods.

What do I eat on the first day following my FastBlast day?

Consume easily digestible foods on the first day following your fasting/FastBlast day.

Foods like fruit and vegetable smoothies, soup, fresh fruit and steamed vegetables are great choices. Essentially, foods that you know that your body digests well.

You should certainly be sure to avoid any foods that you know can cause you indigestion as well as fried foods which are very difficult to digest!

What do I eat on days when I am not FastBlasting?

Here are our three top tips:

1. Avoid heavily processed foods like white flour, white rice, white sugar, fast food, fried food, and so forth.

2. Choose to eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, seeds, and nuts.

3. We also recommend that you consume animal protein in modest amounts unless you are vegetarian or vegan.

Can I FastBlast non-consecutive days?

You can FastBlast either consecutive or non-consecutive days, it’s more of a personal preference. Some people seem to have better results using consecutive days but both methods are effective.

Should I take FastBlast Daily on my FastBlast days?

Yes! You can take FastBlast Daily in place of or in addition to one of your FastBlast Smoothies on your fasting days. FastBlast Daily helps improve energy, sleep, digestion, reduces cravings and much more!

Does anyone ever get heartburn when fasting?

A very small percentage of people do experience heartburn when fasting. If this occurs, we recommend taking one tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar before you have your FastBlast Smoothies and drink plenty of water in-between smoothies.

Don’t drink water just before consuming a FastBlast Smoothie as this may dilute digestive enzymes and digestive juices required for proper digestion.

Can I have flavored water products like Crystal Light or zero calorie drinks like Coke Zero?

Water with fresh lemon or lime juice is a much better option, as we highly recommend avoiding any products with artificial ingredients. La Croix is a better option if you would like flavored water on non-fasting days.

I find that I feel the most hungry around dinner time. Can I have FastBlast Smoothies throughout the day and eat a sensible dinner?

FastBlasting from lunch to lunch the following day or dinner to dinner the following day is a great option for some people depending on their lifestyle and their goals.

You simply consume one FastBlast Smoothie every 2-3 hours from lunch to lunch or dinner to dinner. Progress is a bit slower but it is effective overall.

I thought Intermittent Fasting was eating during a window of a few hours per day and fasting the rest of the day?

There are two fundamental types of Intermittent Fasting; Periodic Fasting and Time Restricted Eating. Both methods allow the body to rest the digestive tract so it can perform the necessary restorative and repair work lacking in our fast-paced modern world.

Time-restricted feeding simply decreases the window of time in which you eat each day. This allows the digestive tract approximately 12-14 hours a day to rest and recuperate before having to tackle the task of digestion again.

Periodic fasting typically calls for the participant to consume approximately 25% of their usual daily calorie intake during a period of hours or days. The U.S. Department of Agriculture daily calorie recommendations for men and women depending on a variety of variables such as size and activity level are:

  • 2000 – 3000 Calories/Day for Men
  • 1600 – 2400 Calories/Day for Women

Using this range of 1600-3000 calories per day, 25% is 400-750 calories per day. At 660 Calories per day, FastBlast Smoothies are the most convenient and nutritious way to accomplish periodic fasting.

I’m really hungry on my FastBlast days. What can I do?

Most people are overfed and undernourished and when you are undernourished it is very difficult to go a few hours without eating.

This is why FastBlast Daily is so important. FastBlast Daily provides a foundation of nutrition and as your underlying nutritional level rises you will not feel as hungry when going without food.

Ultimately, the whole concept of FastBlast is to provide the body with as much high-quality nutrition as possible while cutting calories in short bursts.

I lost weight on my FastBlast days but it came right back two days after fasting. Why did this happen and what can I do about it?

That is not that unusual. Intermittent Fasting can be very inconsistent in the short term but long term it becomes very consistent. It’s very difficult to create a calorie deficit of 1,500 calories or so per day and not lose weight, but it does happen occasionally.

There are several factors which can contribute to slower weight loss such as a sluggish metabolism, prescription drugs and for some women, even menopause can play a factor. Rest assured that if you continue with the program, you will chip away at your weight and ultimately reach your desired goal.

Studies have shown intermittent fasting can actually increase metabolism which could help as you continue. Try not to get discouraged, whether you choose to use our product or not, intermittent fasting is very effective for weight loss and improving a variety of health markers.

Hang in there, as some people have a very sluggish metabolism and start slowly— but when you only consume 660 calories per day, your body is forced to burn fat for energy. Intermittent Fasting can be very inconsistent day to day or week to week, but over time, it becomes very consistent.

Please keep us posted on your progress and know that we are here and happy to help assist you when needed!

We also highly recommend our fermented superfoods product, FastBlast Daily. This product will help fill your nutritional gaps, provide energy and can decrease cravings for unhealthy foods.

What The World’s Healthiest People All Have in Common

What The World’s Healthiest People All Have in Common

My name is William King, and years ago, while I was bedridden due to a tragic skiing accident; I made the conscious choice to do whatever it took to figure out the secrets to vibrant health.

This quest has spanned decades and it was a specific incident while on a business trip in Nosara, Costa Rica, that changed my life for the better.

My friend, Marco, made me aware that many of the people that inhabited the tiny town of Nosara regularly lived healthy, vibrant lives well into their 90s and even living well past 100.

It was this discovery that led me to partner with research scientists who were aware of these types of pockets around the world which have been deemed “Longevity Hot Spots.”

But what was it that was so different about the people of Nosara, and the rest of the people that lived in these “Longevity Hot Spots”?

Here are just a few examples of what these people consume on a daily basis to become the longest living and healthiest people on Earth:

1. They consume a wide variety of organic fruits and vegetables.

2. They use herbs such as turmeric, ginger, ginseng and black garlic.

3. They have specific ingredients like cacao in Costa Rica and green tea in Okinawa.

4. They all have very healthy digestive systems.

5. And, amazingly, they all consume fermented foods on a daily basis.

What Are Fermented Foods Anyhow?

If you initially thought of beer or wine when you heard the word “fermented” then you’re not alone.

The easiest explanation is that fermented foods is food that is broken down while it is simultaneously being preserved.

The reason why fermented foods are so good for you is for two primary reasons:

1. The food is easier for your digestive system to process, and;

2. It also creates enzymes called probiotics that improve your gut health.

Some common examples of fermented foods that you might be familiar with include: pickles, saerkraut, yogurt, kimchi, and kombucha. The list goes on and on.

If you’d like to take a deeper dive into this subject, our friends from Reserve have put together a terrific list of some of the more popular fermented foods along with some quick facts: Fermented Food List.

It’s not as though fermented foods are new, either. Research suggests that people have been creating fermented foods for over 8,000 years.

Ultimately, people have developed these fermenting techniques out of necessity to preserve their foods for long periods of time since refrigeration and canning did not exist.

How Can I Start Consuming More Fermented Foods?

If you want to introduce more fermented foods into your diet, you can pick them up at a local grocery or health food store. There are also DIY home kits that allow you to produce fermented products yourself.

Of course this is a trade-off between your time and money as a buying fermented foods will cost more but save you the time that it takes to produce them yourself.

If you do choose to produce fermented foods yourself, you’ll obviously save money by not purchasing the store goods but the fermentation process is rather arduous and time-consuming.

If you’re interested in producing your own fermented foods, check out these step-by-step instructions that Cultures for Health has put together.

What do you think? Would you be willing to try fermented foods every single day? Leave a comment below and tell us about your experience!
