    I am thrilled with my results with FastBlast. I’m 63 and not good with dieting in general because I love to eat and have poor portion control habits. But I didn’t want to lose a lot of weight so I tried fasting with the smoothies one day a week. With no other changes in my eating or exercising habits, I lost ten pounds in 3 months. It is way easier for me to choose a fast day that is convenient, then try to cut back or count calories or increase exercise. I love the nutrition I get in the smoothies. I feel great. I really recommend this program!

    I really like FastBlast because it is convenient, tasty and I don’t have to thaw/shop/measure/write down what I’m eating and still lose weight. Like a lot of you reading this, I was really skeptical at first. “Another fad diet,” I thought to myself. I even saw myself passing out from hunger on my fasting days! But with increasing health problems relating to being overweight like high blood pressure and Type II diabetes, I decided to try it for a month. And I am so glad I did! The smoothies are really tasty and allow you to fast without discomfort. I won’t go as far as to say I don’t feel hungry at all when I fast — I’m a big dude with a big appetite! But the program is more than doable AND the results I see make the effort all the more worth it. I lost 7 pounds in the first week, and down about 13 pounds after a little more than a month! Now, the fasting and smoothies can’t do it all alone. You need to adjust your mindset a little as well. You have to have some restraint on the days you aren’t fasting to maintain your progress. But I’ve found that exercising that restraint is not too difficult to do on this program. If you want some pizza on your non-fasting day? Have some — just maybe not 10 slices! You want a juicy burger on your non-fasting day? Have one, just maybe skip the triple patties nestled between two glazed donuts! In other words, the sense of total deprivation I’ve felt on so many diets, I don’t feel using the FastBlast system. Definitely give it a try. Do it for yourself and for those who care about you. You’ll be really glad you did!

    Two weeks, so 4 days of FastBlast, and I’m down 8 pounds! Tasty when well chilled, and easy to do. I even worked out with my trainer on one of the fasting days and did well. I’m NOT seeing an improvement in my sleeping, but hope that comes as I continue! Great product.

    I lost four pounds this week while on FastBlast. Not sure if I will gain any back when I start eating regular food but I am trying to eat healthier and lighter. Looking forward to next week. While the taste wasn’t my favorite it was easy to get used to. I love bananas but the flavor was a little strong. Would like more berry flavor and less banana. Not a criticism, just a personal observation.

    Remarkable product. We weren’t built to eat 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. I’ve done some research. Fasting is acknowledged by the medical community as a healthy way to lose weight and to rejuvenate your body. I fast twice a week using FastBlast and really look forward to those 2 days. An added benefit is that you don’t need to figure out what to make for meals or buy groceries for those 2 days. That alone makes the product affordable. I’ve also learned a lot about my body and what happens when I consume certain things. I’ve been using it 22 weeks and plan to regularly fast for the rest of my life. It feels good!

    Yes, I lost weight but I also see it in my muscle definition and the ways that my clothes fit me.

    You feel like it has to be harder but it really is that simple. Just fast twice per week and just make the right nutritional choices the other days.

    3. I do very light cardio and am more aware of what I eat.

    When I saw the pounds fly off, it was pretty awesome. Of course you get frustrated when you see some of the weight come back on because you make the wrong decisions on the other days…however, I’ve discovered that you WANT to make the right choices. The results are what keep you going and you find yourself thinking…what’s the point in eating the french fries if a salad is going to help me keep going? There are too many benefits to list but I am so grateful for this product and learning about fasting. It’s real, folks!
