"I totally would never go without DE due to the following reasons: When the hunger pangs set in I would take DE. Due to lack of vitamins in my system after my injuries I became very depleted of nutrients so my granddaughter would make up DE for me to drink and sneak in smoothies to nourish Grandma. Oh and through menopause I couldn't sleep through the night. Since beginning DE I sleep like a baby - that hadn't happened in years!!!!
